Read this Article if You Believe in Aliens

It is absorbing how egoist the human species really is. It is interesting to watch them argument that there are no foreigners or extra-terrestrials. The Universe is immense and it looks in this dimension that everything is made up of the same atoms and therefore similar molecules be where the concentrations are similar. We cognize that H2O is very common in this solar system, along with methane, hydrogen, carbon, iron, nickel; well you acquire the point. We also cognize that bacteria, bugs and the edifice blocks of life are also all around our solar system. We have got solar energy, thermic energy, lightning storms, electro-magnetic energy. So we have got everything we necessitate to back up life just about everywhere we look in our ain solar system, which is one of a billion trillion that are seeable to us.

Thus there will be complex life word forms on other planets, moons and in other solar systems, Galaxies and Universes, how could there not be? Ah, but there in prevarications the job really. You see the world can be Pb to believe just about anything that looks plausible. They will hear an idea, accept it and hold on to it without hearing to grounds of any kind. They will believe in a myth, Gods, a single God, whatever and decline to entertain any other plausible thought.

Indeed it looks to be easier to have got got an unseeable friend opinion your life than to believe that there are other composite life word forms out there which are equally adapted, intelligent and have fulfilled their niches on their given eco-system demands. One have to inquire another inquiry in all this. If foreigners are living here on World under the oceans or under the surface, then they are not foreigners in fact we might be the foreigners as far as they are concerned. And they would not be extra-terrestrials, because they are here now and may have got been for quite a while. So if you believe in aliens, should we be calling them friends, which are other than Homosexual sapiens? Think on that, it is a monetary fund subject.

Viva Las Vegas Buffets

Please correct me if I am wrong but aren’t Las Vegas Buffets just the best in the
world! Ok there are a few ones that are a bit how’s your father (an Australian term
for so so) but I am yet to go to a buffet that I havn’t enjoyed. This is probably why I
have a Vegas Buffet waist line.

Here I would like to share with you my top seven favourite buffets in Las Vegas.

1. La Village Buffet as Paris hotel.

I have to say that this buffet is total class, great service and the best French cuisine I
have ever tasted. They also have a great seafood selection and as far as I know are
the only buffet that serves Bananas Foster for dessert! With great atmosphere I give
it a 10/10

2. Spice Market Buffet at Aladdin.

This buffet has a similar feel to the buffet at paris but more fake jewels on the walls
?. The food is great but I have to say the selection was not as exciting as at paris.
However it really is great value and situated in the middle of some of the best
shopping in Vegas, who can complain!

3 Todai Japanese Seafood Buffet at Aladdin.

If you love Japanese then this is the place for you. More sushi then you can poke a
stick at! They seem to have the most fresh and best selection of sushi I have seen
in a very long time. Other buffets really could afford to learn from this great place.

4.French Market Buffet at Orleans

I really liked this buffet. It was clean with a great selection of French foods on show.
Judging by the size of some of the partrons of this place they could not either! If
you are over that way and looking for a not too expensive lunch or dinner option
then this is place for you.

5. Village Seafood Buffet as Rio

If you love seafood then you will be in heaven! Well worth the wait for the bus ride
to Rio (you catch it a Bally’s) the seafood here is the best in Vegas. The ironic thing
is that I can’t eat seafood, but I was taking my Mom out so I wanted to make sure
she had a great night. Despite not being able to eat much of the buffet, I was still
able to leave with a more then full feeling that left me more then satisfied. By the
way Mom says the seafood was fantastic!

6. The Buffet at Bellagio at Bellagio

For a place that is as glitzy and showy as the Bellagio I have to say I was a little
disappointed at the fare they presented. Don’t get me wrong it was all very nice but
perhaps just not at the level you would expect of such a “high roller” establishment.
The day I was there they did have lovely duck and I had just lost $100 on blackjack
so let’s not mention that again?

7. Garden Court Buffet at Main Street Station.

Ok Ok I know that this place is off the beaten track but really it’s worth the cab ride.
This has to be the absolutely best priced, quality buffet in town. It’s cheep and
cheerful and boy the food and service was great. Sometimes it’s nice to get off Las
Vegas Blvd for a change after all, and you get to avoid all the snooty high rollers
that wouldn’t be seen dead here! Save your pennies for the craps table and still
leave as full as an egg.

Well that’s my top seven buffets. But before you run off don’t forget to have a look
for some of the discounts that are available with great coupons and clubs. These
books are great, you get to rub shoulders with the stars and still have cab fare
home!

The Secrets of the Big Numbers

Pssst...! Wanna know a secret?

How about the secrets of the Big Six and Big Eight?

As you might know, the Big Six and Eight are even money bets. This means that if you bet $12 and win, you win $12. If you placed $12 on the regular six or eight you would win $14, at 7:6 odds. The casino gives a lot of space to the big six and eight, so beginners who are afraid to give the dealer a place bet can bet directly on the Big Numbers in the corner. In most cases these bets should be avoided.

Wanna know how craps pros use the Big Numbers?

Let’s find out!

There are two good uses for the Big Six and Eight. The first involves those “match play” coupons so common in the Casino fun books. Most of these coupons state they are for flat bets only, and are usually used for pass or don’t pass bets, with no odds. If you put a match play coupon for $5 along with $5 on the pass line, you take a chance on getting stuck with a 4 or 10. But if you put your $5 coupon along with $5 on the Big Six or Eight, you are getting the best bet you can get, under the circumstances. If the six or eight hits, you’ll get back $10 in real money. Not as good as placing the numbers, but you can’t use a match-play coupon with place numbers.

The other good use of the Big Six or Eight involves table limits. If you happen to hit a really hot table and have progressed your bets on the place 6 and 8 up to the table limit, then the dealers will not let you increase your place bets. However, they will always let you make additional flat bets on the Big Numbers in addition to your place bets. So instead of a $1000 table limit, you now have a $2000 limit on the six and eight. This becomes especially useful in tournament play.

In a tournament, the winning crapshooters are usually decided in the last few moments of a game. It is not uncommon to see someone place $480 on the place 6 & 8, as well as on the big six and eight, hoping for a six or eight on the last few rolls of the dice. If the six or eight does roll, they’ll receive $480 for the Big Number bet, and $560 for the place bet - a total of $1040 for one roll of the dice!

The Secrets of Remembering True Odds

Pssst...! Wanna cognize a secret?

How about the secret to remembering true odds?

When you play craps, you probably cognize the pay offs for most Numbers on place bets. For example, the likelihood on the six and eight are 7:6 (bet $6, acquire $7), the likelihood on the five and nine are 7:5 (bet $5, acquire $7) and the likelihood on the four and 10 are 9:5 (bet $5, acquire $9). But, when you desire to add likelihood to your base on balls or come up bets, the payoff is different. This is because they are true odds, which intends that the casino have no advantage on these likelihood bets.

Wanna cognize the secret that snake eyes professionals utilize to retrieve the true odds?

Let’s happen out!

The true likelihood for the Numbers six and eight are the same, 6:5. The likelihood for both the five and nine are 3:2 and the likelihood for the four and 10 are 2:1. If you just deduct one from the littler of these Numbers and associate it to six (the figure of times a seven rolls) you acquire the true odds.

So, to acquire the true likelihood for the four or ten, just deduct one from four (four is littler than ten) to acquire three. So the true likelihood of the four or 10 are 6:3, or 2:1. To acquire the true likelihood for the six or eight, deduct one from six (six is littler than eight) to acquire five. So the true likelihood for the six or eight are 6:5. And finally, to acquire the true likelihood for the five or nine, deduct one from five (five is littler than nine) to acquire four, so the likelihood of the five or nine are 6:4, or 3:2.

Here are some illustrations with some typical added likelihood bets.

If you have got $10 on the come up or go through line and your point is a five or nine, and you desire to add some odds, just deduct one from five to acquire four. The true likelihood then is 6:4, or 3:2, so if you wager $20, you’ll win $30. For dual likelihood you can add $20 likelihood to your $10 level stake and win $10 from the level part and $30 from the likelihood portion, for a sum of $40.

If the point is four or ten, deduct one from four to acquire three. The true likelihood then is 6:3, or 2:1 so if you wager $20, you’ll win $40. For dual odds, you can add $20 to your level $10 stake and win $10 on the level part and $40 to the likelihood portion, for a sum of $50.

The six or eight is a small different. If you deduct one from six you acquire five, which intends the true likelihood are 6:5. If you have got a level stake of $10, you would be able to take $20 in odds, (on a 2X likelihood table) however, this would intend a $24 likelihood payout, which is awkward for most casinos. So, to even things up, most casinos allow you place $25 in likelihood behind the 6 or 8, (which really gives you 2.5X likelihood instead 2X), giving you $10 for the level part and an even $30 for the likelihood portion, for a sum win of $40.

This true likelihood method plant on don’t-come and don’t-pass bets as well, except the likelihood are reversed. This is because on the don’t side you have got got the advantage rather than the house, so you have to wager more than to acquire less.

If your don’t-pass Oregon don’t-come level stake is $10 and the point is five or nine, deduct one from five to acquire four, giving you likelihood of 4:6 (instead of 6:4), or 2:3. This agency you have got to wager $30 (on a 2X table) in likelihood to acquire a $20 payout, winning you a sum of $30 ($10 level + $20 odds).

If your don’t figure is four or ten, deduct one from four to acquire three, so the likelihood are 3:6, or 1:2. You would have got to wager $40 in likelihood to acquire a $20 payout, winning you a sum of $30 ($10 level + $20 odds).

For the don’t 6 or eight, deduct one from six to acquire five, so the likelihood are 5:6. You would have got to wager $24 in likelihood to acquire a $20 payout, winning you a sum of $30 ($10 level + $20 odds).

The adjacent time you play craps, retrieve this simple method to cipher the true odds. This way, you’ll cognize what likelihood to give the dealers, and what the right payoff should be.

And if things aren’t going well on the base on balls line for you, you can always switch over to the don’t side. Cold tables can be very profitable for the “dark side” player!

The Secrets of Laying the Four and Ten

Pssst...! Wanna cognize a secret?

How about the secrets of laying the 4s and tens?

If you are a don’t bettor, you are familiar with using put stakes to take a figure to wager against without going through the don’t come up box. However, you have got to pay a 5% vig on the amount of your winnings. So if you laid the four (or ten) for $40, it would have got a payoff of $20. The vig would be 5% of $20, or $1.

Usually, if you put more than than $20, the casino will round up your vig to the adjacent even dollar amount. If you put $50, for example, you should win $25, and 5% of $25 is $1.25, so you could be charged $2 for the vig..

Wanna cognize the secret that snake eyes professionals utilize to maximise net income when they put the four or ten?

Let’s happen out!

If you inquire the trader before you wager if you can put the four (or ten) for $50 and pay only $1 vig, he will usually allow you. You can also inquire if you can put both the four and 10 together, for $25 each, and still only pay the $1 vig. Normally these stakes would be two separate bets, requiring vigs of $1 each, but if you inquire first, you can usually salvage the $1.

The 4s and 10s are different from the fives and 9s because they have got their ain corresponding hardways, which pay 7:1. Since the four (or ten) looks only 3 times in 36 sample axial rotations you can utilize these hardway stakes as coverage to protect your put bets.

The three ways that a four can be rolled are - 1 & 3 (soft) , 3 & 1 (soft) , and 2 & 2 (hard). By betting on the difficult four you cut down your possible loss owed to the four peal from 3 in 36 to 2 in 36. If you are laying $50 no four you can also wager $7 difficult four. This manner if the seven axial rotations you win $18 ($25 - $7) but if the difficult four axial rotations you only lose $1 ($50 - $49) instead of $50.

The three ways that a 10 can be rolled are 4 & 6 (soft), 6 & 4 (soft) and 5 & 5 (hard). By betting on the difficult 10 you cut down your possible loss owed to the 10 peal from 3 in 36 to 2 in 36. If you are laying $50 no 10 you can also wager $7 difficult ten. This manner if the seven axial rotations you win $18 ($25 - $7) but if the difficult 10 axial rotations you lose only $1 ($50 - $49) instead of $50.

You lose your $50 put stake only if the soft four or 10 rolls, but this haps only 2 in 36 times, compared to 7 in 36 winners (6 in 36 for the seven asset 1 in 36 for the hardway).

On a concerted wager, you can wager $28 no four, $28 no 10 and $4 each on the difficult four and ten. Of course, you should inquire if you can only pay $2 vig for both bets. This manner if the seven axial rotations you win $24 ($28 - $4) and if one of the difficult Numbers axial rotation you interrupt even ($28 - $28). If a soft figure axial rotations now you only lose one stake and it is certainly to your advantage to set it back up again.

Give this concerted bet a attempt the adjacent time you’re on the don’t side!

The Secret of Protecting Your Pass Line Bet

Pssst...! Wanna know a secret?

How about the secret of protecting your pass line bet?

Many dealers will encourage you to make additional hedge bets on craps numbers (2, 3 and 12) to protect your pass line bet. You’ll always hear “any craps” bets called whenever a new shooter is coming out.

Wanna know the secrets that craps pros use to protect their pass line bets?

Let's find out!

Any craps is the most common hedge bet and pays seven to one. This means that if you have a ten dollar pass line bet and a $1 any craps bet, you’ll win $9 ($10 - $1) if the 7 (or 11) rolls, and lose only $3 ($10 passline - $7 any craps) instead of $10 if the 2, 3, or 12 rolls.

It sounds OK, but let’s look at the numbers. At the end of 36 rolls, you’ve invested $36 (36 x $1) in these hedge bets. The 2, 3 or 12 will theoretically roll four times (once each for the 2 and 12, and twice for the 3) in 36 rolls. So if you win these craps bets four times, you’ve won $28 (4 x $7), and spent $36 (36 x $1) giving you a $8 ($36-$28) loss.

You can also bet $2 ($1 each) Craps and Eleven (C&E). Craps (2, 3, or 12) pays 7 to 1, while the eleven pays 15 to 1. If the eleven rolls you win $24 ($10 passline + $15 eleven - $1 any craps). The seven will win you $8 ($10 passline - $2 C&E). If the 2, 3 or 12 should roll, you’ll lose $4 (+$7 craps - $1 eleven - $10 passline) instead of $10.

This time, though, in 36 decisions, you’ve invested $72 (2 x $36) in hedge bets. The 2 and 12 will have each rolled once, and the three and eleven twice. You would make $7 on the 2 ($1 x 7), $14 on the 3 ($2 x 7), $7 on the 12 ($1 x 7), and $30 on the eleven ($2 x 15). This totals $58 ($7 + $14 + $7 + $30), but you’ve already invested $72 so you have a $14 ($72-$58) loss! Another winner for the house!

Finally, you can make a 3-way craps bet (on the 2, 3, and 12) for $3. This is different from the any craps bet because the odds are higher - 30 to 1 for the 2 and 12, and 15 to 1 for the three. So if the 2 or 12 roll you win $18 ($30 - $10 - $2) instead of losing $10, and if the three rolls, you win $3 ($15 - $10 - $2) instead of losing $10. This bet also means that you will win on the 7 and 11 (from your pass line bet) and on the 2, 3, and 12 (from the 3-way craps bet). In 36 rolls, however, this time you’ve invested $108 ($3 x 36). The 2 and 12 will roll once, and the 3 twice. At 30 to 1, the 2 and 12 pay $30 each, for a total of $60. At 15 to 1, the 3 pays $30 ($2 x 15). You made $90 ($30 + $60) but spent $108 for a loss of $18!

Unfortunately, as you can see, you can not profitably protect a $10 pass line bet by hedging it with craps bets. Some craps writers have maintained that a craps hedge bet is only profitable with a passline bet of $25 or more, with a $4 any craps bet. Let’s look at the math. If you bet $4 any craps you’ll win $112, which comes from $4 (bet) x 4 (number of times 2, 3, or 12 rolls) x 7 (payoff). You’ll lose $144 ($4 x 36) resulting in a $32 loss. So, it’s still not a good bet. In fact it’s worse than a $10 passline bet with a $1 any craps bet!

Now let’s look at the same $25 passline bet with a C & E hedge for $4. If the eleven rolls, you’ll win $83 ($25 passline + $60 eleven - $2 any). The seven will win you $21 ($25 passline - $4 C&E). If the 2 or 3 roll you win $1 ($28 - $25 - $2). In 36 rolls you’ve invested $144 ($4 x 36) . The 2 and twelve will each have rolled once, and the three and eleven twice each. You would make $14 on the 2 ($2 x 7), $28 on the 3 ($2 x 14), $14 on the 12 ($2 x 7) and $60 on the eleven ($2 x 30). This totals $116. So you’ve lost $28 ($144 - $116).

Finally, lets look at a $6 3-way craps bet with a $25 passline bet. If the two or twelve roll you win $31 ($60 - $25 - $4). If the three rolls you win $1 ($30 - $25 - $4). In 36 rolls on this bet you’ve invested $216 ($6 x 36). At 30 to 1, the 2 and 12 pay $60 each (30 x $2) for a total of $120 ($60 + $60). At 15:1 the 3 pays $60 ($2 x 15 x 2). You made $180 ($120 + $60) but spent $216 giving you a $36 loss!

Craps is a math game, and, as you can see, there is no way you can protect a pass line bet with craps hedge bets - whether your unit is $5, $10, or $25.

So - the secret of protecting your pass line bet is to save all the money you would normally use for hedge bets and use that money to make more “free odds” bets!

The Secret of Betting Don't

Pssst...! Wanna cognize a secret?

How about the secret of Betting From the Don’t side?

Besides being an unpopular bet, the Don’t Base On Balls is a unsafe stake to make. Before the point is established the casino clearly holds the advantage. You will win your stake if a 2 or 3 rolls, but lose your stake if a 7 or 11 axial rotations - just the opposite from the base on balls line. (On the don’t base on balls the 12 is a “push”). The 2/3 combination axial rotations 3 times (in 36 sample rolls) while the 7/11 combination axial rotations 8 times. So, with your stake in the don’t base on balls box, you are favored to lose by an 8 to 3 margin.

To do substances worse, if the point makes acquire established, you might desire to do three don’t come up bets. This 8 to 3 casino advantage, is present not only for the initial don’t base on balls bet, but the three further don’t come up up stakes as well.

However, once you acquire past the come-outs, you hold the advantage on any figure - either for the don’t base on balls or the don’t come. So your don’t base on balls plus three don’t come up ups could be highly profitable, if lone there was some manner of protecting your initial bets.

Wanna cognize the secrets that Craps professionals utilize to protect their don’t bets?

Let’s happen out!

The easiest manner to protect your don’t come stake is to temporarily add likelihood to your don’t base on balls bet. If your don’t base on balls is $10, you should back it up with $10 likelihood for one axial rotation only, while you place a $10 don’t come up bet. If the seven hits, you lose your don’t come up up stake but win on the don’t base on balls (plus odds), so you come out ahead. After your first don’t come up up is established, you can take the likelihood on the don’t pass, which was there to protect the first don’t come stake from a losing on a possible seven.

Now, you’re place free. Your 2nd don’t come up can be placed without a money loss. If the seven axial rotations now, you will win your first don’t come, lose the second, and win your don’t pass. If another point figure axial rotations you can do a 3rd don’t come up up stake also.

If you don’t like adding likelihood to your don’t base on balls bet, you can just cut down your 2nd don’t come stake to protect the first one. For example, if your first don’t come up is $10, do your 2nd lone $5. This manner if the seven axial rotations you are still ahead by $5.

For an easy hedgerow stake on the don’t base on balls stake itself, you could seek a $2 stake on the hardway figure if the point is 4, 6, 8 or 10. If the point rolled is 4 or 10, you would lose your $10 don’t base on balls but win $14 ($2 at 7:1). If the point rolled is 6 or 8, you would lose your $10 don’t base on balls but win $18 ($2 at 9:1).

So when you play on the don’t side, usage the don’t base on balls likelihood only as a hedgerow for your first don’t come up bet. Why not give this a attempt the adjacent time you play “on the dark side”.

The Secret of the Gamblers Fallacy

Pssst...! Wanna cognize a secret?

How about the secret of the Gamblers Fallacy?

When you are playing snake eyes and a random taw holds the dice, you might come up across an extraordinary occurrence. This random taw may, for example, throw four bases on balls in a row. There are some betters who may then presume that the don’t base on balls is now “due,’ and volition get betting the dark side.

In physical science this procedure is called “Maturity of Chances,” and tin happen for example, if person tosses a coin 1,000 times. According to the law of averages, it is assumed that approximately 500 flips will be caputs and approximately 500 flips will be tails.

If however, after 900 tosses, it may be discovered that there are 600 caputs and only 300 tails. Some people at that time might state that dress suit are now “due,” sol the remaining 100 flips will be mostly tails.

If this was true it would intend that the coin have some kind of innate intelligence and will find its hereafter behaviour by what have happened in the past. Given a very, very long run of coins (or dice) it is likely that the caputs and dress suit (or the base on balls and don’t pass) will screen itself out. But this volition be done by opportunity and circumstance, not by the determinate behaviour of the coins or the dice.

If there is no manner to deduce the result of a random axial rotation of the dice, then why play snake eyes at all? The gambler’s false belief uses to randomness, and is right in stating that former axial rotations of the die have got no consequence on future rolls. However, there is there a method in usage today to assist us foretell the result of a non-random roll of the die on a consistent basis.

Wanna cognize the secret that snake eyes professionals utilize to defeat the Gamblers Fallacy?

Let’s happen out!

There are two sorts of Crapshooters - random rollers and beat rollers. Random rollers are susceptible to the Gambler’s Fallacy, but beat rollers are not.

When you are playing snake eyes and a beat roller holds the dice, you may also see four bases on balls in a row. But these are not completely random occurrences. A beat roller sets the die a certain way, clasps them in a certain manner, and flips them precisely so they land and bounciness together. Due to assorted table conditions, this can’t go on all the time, but even if the taw controls the die for lone 1-2% of his throws, it is enough to defeat the house’s slender border on many stakes - and bring forth a non-random occurrence.

By observing the shooter’s results, you may see a form develop, which you can utilize to latch on to his long roll. And the adjacent time he shoots, be prepared to endorse him up with large bets. Don’t be surprised if he revolves the same Numbers (for example, 4s and tens) every time he shoots. This is his ain personal shot “signature,” and you should always be on the lookout man for one!

Rhythm rollers are experts at what they make because of their knowledge, preparation and experience. It is not easy to command the die and not many people can make it. But it is possible, so you might desire to travel from table to table to happen a good shooter. Once you happen one, you should maintain betting on him as long as he stakes on himself. There is no gambler’s false belief to cover with because these are not random rolls, but trained beat rolls.

The adjacent time you play be on the lookout man for beat rollers - the best manner to increase your profits!

Pssst...! Now you cognize the secrets of the Gamblers Fallacy!

A Teenager's Vegas Vacation

This, a true story about a Vegas holiday involving casino gambling and... a small more, that must be told now that I am an grownup and making my ain determinations in life - whether gambling, casinos or whatever - and with a demand to share this story in hopes that it conveys a smiling to the reader of these words.

I was 15 old age old and took what was called a “turn-a-round” trip to Las Vegas, the metropolis with all the casinos and gambling hotels. The hired autobus had not been filled to capacity which was a demand in order for the Las Vegas trip to take place. I went with a friend whose Mother had planned the Vegas trip and she allowed us to go, as long as we behaved ourselves and did not acquire into any mischief-making - gambling included.

We arrived in Las Vegas at midnight and the temperature was 100 grades and no zephyr whatsoever. In other words: all was normal in Sin-City. We knew we were in for a good time. We walked through the air-conditioned casinos and played the slots for as long as we had Nis to play with but truly enjoyed watching the grownups play Poker, Blackjack, Craps and other gambling games. Wanting to play a gag on my friends, I went and sat at the casino barroom and asked for a whisky glass but with H2O and water ice blocks and when my friends met me at the barroom I was telling the Bartender a "sad story". Oh the expression on their faces. We all had a good laughter as did the Casino Bartender.

A Trip To Vegas

A trip that volition always be remembered is the 1 in Las Vegas, what is sometimes referred to as "Sin City" owed to it's casino gambling places, though I prefer to retrieve it as a "sensational" city, LasVegas, Nevada.

From lanthanum to this gambler's city, It was a 4 hr thrust during the summertime months. The weather condition was exceptionally hot but such as exhilaration filled the air. When my friends and I got to our casino Hotel, we were amazed by the kindness showed to us by the valet de chambre attender as he welcomed us to the gambling and amusement world, and wishing for us a glorious stay and away we went to check up on in and start what ended up being the most fabulous time.

We played casino, gambled card games like poker, blackjack and snake eyes and laughed and ate antic foods, prepared by some of the best chef's in the world, and right on the strip of the gambling city.

I wanted to take my opportunities on a mammoth dollar slot machine and decided to put on the line 25.00 dollars of the 200.00 dollars I had to play with for the whole trip. After eating 17.00 dollars into this immense slot machine I hit 300.00 dollars and I jumped up and down and laughed so much, a casino attender came over and offered my friends and me a free tickets to a show with verifiers for two complimentary drinks. We were in an component of surprise, grasp and realized that it would be a gambling and escapade trip not forgotten. "Casino City", I love you.

Women Gambling 101

There is a fundamental difference in the outlook of men and women about gambling. Surprised!! Well it is true. Gambling is an activity a woman can enjoy the most once she is financially and personally independent and this comes as news to both the sexes i.e. both men and women are amazed by this fact. The difference in opinion results from the difference in perception about gambling of men and that of the women. When a woman describes about gambling the focus is very subjective i.e. the atmosphere of the casino or rather the whole environment prevalent there, their feelings and emotions about it and other things associated with it whereas if a man describes the same then the approach is very narrow or to be more precise the focus revolves around the money won or lost which ironically in the case of women is one of the last factor considered.

Talking about the preference of the women in gambling, the slot machines are the most commonly enjoyed. There are theories suggesting that gambling for women acts as a means for an escape and also that they prefer games with less action and creativity. Though even other games like cards are popular, the slot machines still are the majority view. The women do not only go to the casinos to pass some good time rather they spend time like they are on a vacation and enjoys every bit of their stay there.

To answer a question of the nature that what is the main reason of women for gambling, out of the various answers that pop up we can take three most general ones. Firstly it provides as very good means of escape. This is to say that women can gamble care-free and not bother about who is watching them or what opinion one holds about them as gambling is interaction free. Secondly, as we have been observing, it provides as great source of entertainment. And lastly, some of the women might gamble to become wealthy or rather we can say to improve their financial conditions. Observing the three conditions we can concur on the point that women have good enough and quite logical reasons to gamble.

Apart from going to casinos and gambling there in real life, online means of gambling is also luring the females and is becoming popular these days. There can be two factors associated with online gambling by women. Primarily, being able to gamble without even leaving the house and secondly, it offers them a greater sense of privacy. One problem that might be associated withy online gambling is that it oftenly becomes a mod of escaping problems in one’s life thereby, becoming an addiction.

Talking about addiction, the major cause, which leads to such, is the accessibility and availability of the gambling outlets and that too is ever escalating. The temptation has further increased to try and gamble, owing to the recent increase in the number of gambling centres as they are now easily legalised.

Las Vegas "Whales"

What Las Vegas cant name calling "whales" is in fact the creme of the high rollers species. They are a smattering of people that in some sentiments don't transcend 500 people in the world. Las Vegas hoteliers are nuts about them; some claim four or five of those giants stake much more than than the remainder of the thousands clients they have daily. No wonderment they are suspected of going as far as merchandising their first born kid to acquire one of those giants into their gaming area. Five tips to recognise a whale

* the size of the bet: $50,000 is the low end; Australian baron Kerry Packer wishes to play seven blackjack hands at one time; his top stake was $375,000;

* the line of credit: 4 to 5 million dollars for one weekend; a fortune for us ordinary earthlings, pocket money for a "whale";

* the treat: giants acquire all the freebies from the hotel they play: mulct dining, extravagance accommodations, private jet plane transportation, expensive gifts... often the United States visa for the Asiatic high rollers;

* the escort: it usually includes bodyguards, beautiful gallons and stopping point friends; Las Vegas history saved for the record a legendary narrative in which the Saudi Arabian Prince Adnan Khashoggi dropped for a stake at Stardust with an entourage of a twelve people;

* the generosity: whether they win or loose, everybody's happy as long as they play; "whales" don't trim tips & gifts.

While the "whales" figure just a few 100s in the world, the amounts they can afford to lose are purely impressive; that is why hoteliers pay specially trained staff for "whales hunting". The Asians word form a large portion of this exclusivist market, about 80 %. The underside line is to maintain them coming in, at the same rate, after nine eleven.

Unfortunately, Las Vegas looks to be experiencing a lessening in giant strands these days. One reason, that all hoteliers hold about, is they don't acquire as much privateness in Las Vegas casinos as they would normally acquire in other gaming finishes of the world. While hotel proprietors in Las Vegas expect their very important person barrooms approved, the "whales" gamble in Macau, Principality Of Monaco or Australia.

Best Casino Movies

Las Vegas and its casinos have got always been an inspiration for film makers looking to shoot exhilaration and machination into their movies. One of the most celebrated movies with a Las Vegas background is 1960’s ‘Ocean’s Eleven’, which sees the members of the original ‘Rat Pack’ – Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davys – planning to rob five of the top casinos in Vegas in just one night. The 2001 version updated the storyline while still putting across the same glamourous mental image of Vegas as inch the first movie.

Nicolas Cage visited Las Vegas in 1992 for his movie ‘Honeymoon in Vegas’. This comedy tells the story of Jack Singer (played by Cage) who make up one's minds to marry his long-time partner Betsy (Sarah Jessica Parker) in Vegas. However, when they arrive, Betsy is spotted by a high-stakes gambler who make up one's minds he desires to pass a weekend with her. He prosecutes Singer in poker games in an effort to wrestle her from him. With Cage playing his best as the love-struck bridegroom, Jesse James Caan as the baleful gambler, and a figure of parachuting Elvis impersonators, ‘Honeymoon inch Vegas’ offers plenty of laughs.

Matt Damon is Microphone McDermott, one of the world’s best poker players in the 1998 movie ‘Rounders’, World Health Organization have given up the game in order to concentrate on finishing law school. When his old friend Worm (Edward Norton) is released from prison, he carries McDermott to go back to the game in order to pay off some bad debts he’s accrued. McDermott consequently happens himself playing in a series of poker games where the bet are forever increasing and the latent hostility is forever building.

Finally, a listing of casino movies is uncomplete without a reference of the 1995 St Martin Scorcese movie ‘Casino’, which is considered by many to be the unequivocal casino film. This tells the true story of Surface-To-Air Missile ‘Ace’ Rothstein, a gangster who travels to Las Vegas and goes the operator of the Tangiers casino. Henry Martin Robert Delaware Niro do the Pb function his own, as Rothstein headers with matrimony to a drug nut (played by Sharon Stone) and friendly relationship with Nicky Santoro (Joe Pesci), a chap gangster slowly spiralling into a world of violence.
